TETRAtab announces TETRA enabled rugged Tablet PC

JLT8404TETRAtab brings out the new R-series rugged PC with TETRA inside.
After the recent introduction of their extended TETRA enabled PC devices TETRAtab now introduces its new ruggedized PC with fully integrated TETRA modem.


This IP65 handheld rugged computer is based on the JLT8404 product from the Swedish JLT Mobile Computers AB company.
The R-series now comes with TETRA including TEA2 encryption, WLAN and Bluetooth as standard and can be equipped with built-in radio independent solutions like GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS and HSDPA.

 

 

Furthermore you can order the R-series also with integrated GPS and a true sunlight readable display for outdoor use. This device is perfectly fitted for mission critical applications within the Fire Brigades, Ambulance Services and Defense organizations where reliability of the product itself but also the communication bearers are of importance.
